A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Parts Sales Representative at our site in Newton Abbot to provide excellent customer service to our parts customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory, including cold calling.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Report customer feedback to help generate ideas about new sales and marketing plans.
  • Carry out marketing/sales campaigns as requested.
  • Liaise with manufacturer (DAF) on competitive information/product pricing
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management team.
  • Encourage maximum profit opportunities.
  • To represent the company in a presentable and polite manor
  • Attend meetings/training as required.


What we need:

  • Must have previous experience with commercial vehicle parts
  • Previous experience within the motor trade is highly desirable
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
  • Excellent relationship building with clients
  • Is highly organised and adaptable
  • Team Player
