A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Parts Sales Representative at our site in Newton Abbot to provide excellent customer service to our parts customers.
What you’ll do:
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory, including cold calling.
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
Report customer feedback to help generate ideas about new sales and marketing plans.
Carry out marketing/sales campaigns as requested.
Liaise with manufacturer (DAF) on competitive information/product pricing
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management team.
Encourage maximum profit opportunities.
To represent the company in a presentable and polite manor
Attend meetings/training as required.
What we need:
Must have previous experience with commercial vehicle parts
Previous experience within the motor trade is highly desirable
Previous sales experience required
Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
Excellent relationship building with clients
Is highly organised and adaptable
