A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Service Admin Apprentice at our site in Portsmouth.
To gain experience and training in a business administrative environment with a view to achieving Level 3 Business Administrator qualification
What you’ll do:
Meet customers booking their vehicles in for service
Answering phones and taking bookings or forward queries to colleagues.
Responding to emails, both internal and external.
Using a variety of software systems (data entry).
Assist with invoicing.
Filing, scanning and paperwork.
Liaise with Technicians.
Support management when required.
Spend time with the wider Administration team
Other Admin Tasks as necessary.
What we need:
GCSE Maths and English
Experience of providing excellent customer service
Able to motivate yourself when working on own
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to plan ahead effectively and prioritise
Excellent attention to detail
Highly responsive but organised in approach
Good IT skills
