What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing of invoices
  • Assisting with diary management
  • Greeting customers in person, by phone and on email
  • Assisting with ad-hoc admin tasks
  • Supporting with vehicle bookings

What we need from you:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Vehicle knowledge – desirable but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • Positive, proactive approach
