A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Service Operations Trainee at our site in Portsmouth to provide excellent customer service to our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
Liaising with customers via phone, email and customer portal.
Raising estimates & liaising with customers in regards to authorisation for work to be carried out.
Raising final cost invoices and Purchase order numbers
Invoicing of job cards
Assisting reception when required with customers, arranging bookings and telephone enquiries
Progression opportunities during and after apprenticeship to help support the admin and workshop functions
