A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Service Receptionist at our site in Camborne to provide excellent customer service to our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
Liaising with customers via phone, email and customer portal.
Raising estimates & liaising with customers in regards to authorisation for work to be carried out.
Raising final cost invoices and Purchase order numbers
Assisting reception when required with customers, arranging bookings and telephone enquiries
What we need from you:
Strong administration experience – previous service admin experience essential within the motor trade
Excellent customer service skills
Organised and good attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly
