SERVICE RECEPTIONIST

Description:
A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Service Receptionist at our Newton Abbot (Heathfield) site.
What you’ll be doing:
- Raising estimates & liaising with customers to obtain authorisation for repairs
- Creating and invoicing of job cards
- Communicating service and repair updates
- Greeting customers in person, by phone and on email
- Communicating with workshop manager and supervisors
- Maintaining dealer standards at all times
- Ongoing use of manufacturing systems
What we need from you:
- Previous experience using ADP
- Strong administration experience
- Vehicle knowledge – desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Positive, proactive approach
