An exciting opportunity has opened up for a driven and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our energetic and growing team at our Newton Abbot site!

Salary: £13.77 per hour

Hours:Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00pm, plus a Saturday morning on a rota basis. i.e. 45 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify parts for the front and back counters.
  • Check off stock and accurately put away keeping the stock area tidy.
  • Pick orders and put on the delivery shelves.
  • Process returns back to the supplier.
  • Process customer credits.
  • Handle warranty returns.
  • Perpetual stock checking.
  • Stock receipting on DMS.

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
  • A friendly, can do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Some working knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.
  • Experience working to performance targets.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.
