• Handling, storing and receiving stock, payments, procedures, identifying, sourcing and ordering parts.
• Support customers and workshop staff with parts identification and process.

  • A relevant Level 2/3 qualifications (or equivalent) would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Excellent time keeping skills

  • To be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to plan ahead effectively and multi-task

The ideal HGV Technician will be fully competent in the service and repair of HGV vehicles to the highest of standards. Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • A full Driving License (HGV Driving License would be beneficial but is not essential)
  • A relevant Level 2/3 qualifications (or equivalent) would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Excellent time keeping skills
  • To understand the importance of accuracy.
  • To be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to plan ahead effectively and multi-task.

The ideal HGV Technician will be fully competent in the service and repair of HGV vehicles to the highest of standards. You will have a positive "can do" attitude and be willing and able to work as part of a team. Being a good team player is essential. You must be able to communicate to a high level to ensure the smooth flow of work through the workshop, liaising with your colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.
