A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Service Advisor at our Newton Abbot (Heathfield) site.
What you’ll be doing:
Raising estimates & liaising with customers to obtain authorisation for repairs
Creating and invoicing of job cards
Communicating service and repair updates
Greeting customers in person, by phone and on email
Communicating with workshop manager and supervisors
Maintaining dealer standards at all times
Ongoing use of manufacturing systems
What we need from you:
Strong administration experience
Excellent customer service skills
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly
Positive, proactive approach
Vehicle knowledge – desirable but not essential
Previous experience using ADP – desirable
