We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty and Service Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As part of our busy service department, you will play a key role in ensuring all warranty and service administration tasks are handled efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain the high standards of customer care we’re known for.

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid), Saturdays will be on a rota basis.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysing, processing workshop job cards and invoicing.
- General administrative duties.
- Communicate with customers and obtain final order numbers.
- Input costs on customers own portals.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements
- Strong administration experience – previous service admin experience desirable but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organised and good attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly.
- Able to work under own initiative.
- Previous experience using invoicing systems.
